« This tiny house was a great spot to use as a home base while we spent time in the high country. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heat was plentiful, the beds were comfortable with many pillows, which made it a nice, cozy spot after long, busy days!The neighborhood was quiet and the parking spot was big enough for our large pickup truck. « We traveled over from Denver looking for some quiet and space. This property offered both in abundance, and was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well. »
