« It was an okay hotel. The AC sounded liked a car engine and parking fees seem unnecessary. Breakfast is not free. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

« Great location. We were in town for Fiesta, and the place was perfect to go to all the festivities. Walking distance to good food. The address was a little confusing, but all worked out in the long run. A little cramped for two people getting ready for formal events. Would be great for a TDY or place to stay for a while on business. Laundry facility was a bonus! »

« yes the room was remarkable clean, staff excellent, i did not use the pool, breakfast was great. only thing i had noticed was bathroom small, but ok for one person... other than that the stay was great, i will use Drury Hotels again. »

« Holiday Inn Express San Antonio airport area was great/fantastical. VERY VERY CLEAN. The property with pool was lovely. One issue, when I arrived back to Mi I (04-15-2026) I was surprised to see I had been charged an extra 50$??? I didn’t purchase what ‘Sabrina’ called “incidentals”. My husband did not stay with me so it can’t be an ‘extra person’ charge.My husband was not on the original reservation either. Susan Duby »

« J’ai réservé en fonction des notes. Bruyant par la rue et les voisins que l’on entends comme si la porte était ouverte. Pas de coffee machine pas de Tv. Pas de petit déjeuner mais Starbucks et quelques chaîne juste à côté. Lit confortable »

« Although this seemed to be an older property, it has been very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely clean. There were six of us in the party using three rooms so we were pleased to see all the nice seating areas where we could congregate comfortably. Breakfast was quite extensive for a hotel although the breakfast room was far too warm to sit there and enjoy. Another drawback to the hotel was their pool and hot tub were closed. « Great staff! Very friendly! The hotel is a bit dated and my room was not cleaned one day, but overall a decent stay. »

« Nice property aesthetically but there was instances of dirt in my room. On the sheet and the ice Bucket top had residue of dirt. »

« Was there for 3 days and did not have hot water in shower for 2 of those days despite complaining. »

« There was group of young people about 3 rooms down from ours and they were yelling, running, shouting and slamming the doors from 3am to 6am. I called reception and they never help us. »
