Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the home, garage, multi-level decks, lakefront lawn, and private dock. 4 paddleboards, 1 kayak, life jackets, and additional water toys are included and located in the shed on the green space by the water.

To ensure your stay at our lakefront sanctuary is as seamless as it is serene, please note that check-in commences at 16:00 and check-out is requested by 11:00. While we welcome gatherings and special celebrations, we kindly ask that any event exceeding the home's standard occupancy be discussed with our management team in advance to ensure proper arrangements. For the comfort of all our guests, we maintain a quiet period between 22:00 and 08:00. Please be advised that this is a smoke-free property and we are unable to accommodate pets. We are perfectly positioned for your convenience, located just eight minutes from Gozzer Ranch, twenty minutes from Harrison, and a short drive from the vibrant offerings of downtown Coeur d Alene. Guests enjoy private access to the lake, including a boat slip for your convenience, with local rental services available for delivery directly to your dock.
