« We enjoyed our stay. Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA. Also food trucks right next door and Jimmy’s Down the Street just a few blocks away. »

The only negative is that there was no coffee or tea for the Keurig machine and there wasn’t a welcome basket, which isn’t a deal breaker but this is the first VRBO that didn’t provide these amenities. Overall we had a nice stay. »

« Property was well stocked, close to a lot of activities, and manager was very easy to communicate with. Great neighborhood, very clean house, very comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend if you have a large family get together like us! Only thing...the bathroom sink on the main floor was very slow draining...may need a look at, and the toilet on the main floor was too easily clogged...we frequently had to plunge. Otherwise...all was great!!! »
