« Townhouse was basically as expected; nothing fancy but met our needs for a one night stay. The fridge needs a deep clean and the shower head is very low. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean. Easy to access and parking is directly in front of door. »

« Nice neighborhood, easy drive to college/downtown area and airport. Ian met us there when we arrived and was a great and responsive host. House was very well stocked with a lot of nice touches and decor. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the back patio, grill, jacuzzi and fire pit! Also had a lot of fun in the game room and theater. Nous étions 3 couples dont 1 avec enfant, la chambre du sous-sol annexée à une grande salle de bain était idéal pour la famille et chaque couple avait sa propre toilette et douche. L’accès au plan d’eau est très proche, la propriété ne donne cependant pas directement sur l’eau tel que décrit. We enjoyed hearing the wind blow through the leaves and watching the clouds scuttle by the mountains at this peaceful quiet retreat. « Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. »
