The double bed was extremely uncomfortable, because it went down in the middle, so no matter what we did, we ended up falling into the middle and having to sleep right up next to each other. A few more things were troubling— one of the dining room chairs in particular was so rickety we thought it could break so we tried not to use it. ...

The window screen was ripped. The shower was prison style. And didn't feel clean. It was a place to sleep. And leave asap. »

« We were in the area for a color tour. We booked here because we like the motel feel-parking outside the door, more personal feel. We checked in with a no contact check in, which worked without fail. The room was charming, and had everything we needed. There was making for s’mores if you wanted to build a fire, plenty of room to be outside enjoying the property. It was a great night. »

« House was very clean with a great view of the lake. Bathroom is a a little small. We enjoyed our time both inside and out (air quality warning due to Canadian wild fires moved us inside a couple of days). We did spend time in the lake and the sandy bottom was great for walking in. The fire pit and patio allowed for a relaxing end of day. 13th Street Market has excellent food at a reasonable price and is just down the road. We enjoyed our time away and recommend staying here. »
