Adorned with beautiful flooring, every cottage provides a walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom, which boasts modern fixtures and a well-designed layout, providing convenience and comfort. Also provided is high-speed Fiber Internet and a mounted 50-inch flatscreen TV for entertainment and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchenettes feature convenient amenities such as an induction cooktop, a Keurig-style coffee maker, a microwave, an electric skillet, a toaster, and a stainless steel refrigerator. Pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking/grilling utensils are thoughtfully provided, ensuring that guests have everything required for meal preparation and dining convenience.

In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
