« The room was not clean, however there were no bedbugs! Hair and gunk still in bathroom. Stopper in bathtub didn’t work. Very loud neighbors. Breakfast was minimal and had nothing fresh or healthy. Air conditioning unit had issues staying where you set it. Staff was typically on their phone. »
