« We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. « Communication was great, the location was very central to everything, the place was clean and they even left snacks! The only issue was how loud it is when anyone is moving around on the floor above. This is obviously not something the owners can control and the upstairs neighbors were not doing anything crazy, but every step they took make the floor creak and was extremely loud! »
