A good and cheap stay

I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. The staff don't speak English so if you are going to stay here be prepared to have Google Translate available whilst speaking with the staff. Otherwise the stay was quite comfortable and they let us check in quite early and check out quite late.

Price is great and Hotel is Old but overall is good condition. It is very dfficult to get a taxi to go to downtown. walking distance from Harbin Main Train station

Good service

Staffs are very kind and helpful. The architectural style of the hotel is old-fashioned, and the toilet also a bit dirty. However, overall image is fine.

People at front desk were friendly, but the facilities are old and lack of maintenance. The worst part is the hotel restaurant breakfast. It should not be a four-star hotel.

Great Hotel but no English at all.

I have mix feelings about my experience at the Post Hotel. To start with the positive, it is very well located, clean, comfortable and the washrooms inside the rooms are definitely western and impeccable. Having said that, the hotel does not have washrooms for guests in the lobby. When I asked for one after I checked out, I was directed to the "staff washroom". I have still nightmares about this washroom. Enough said. Another very difficult thing to negotiate is the fact that the staff does not speak any English, whatsoever. And when I said that I mean they are not even able to recognize the latin characters. The desk girls trembled with fear just to see me. Needless to say that I was the one and only caucasian guest. I had Google translate in my smart phone (I strongly recommend this free app) so I can get my point across but they don't have access to google in China so the manager was trying to communicate with me through a crappy application that gave the wrong impossible to understand translation. They were generally helpful, but that was after a very long and convoluted try. Then I hired through the hotel a tour around the city of Harbin and I asked for a guide in English. To make a long story short, they assure that she had English. She had none, talk to me through a crappy application. I had to cut my tour short, I was very disappointed. The hotel is great for Chinese, but not necessary prepared for Westerners.

Good location, good value

Prob not a four star but I am happy with my stay, centrally located, service is basic but that's what you paid for. My room is big and clean enough, I only stay one night for business, not using too much hotle facilities anyway.

Wihiが全室使えると言いながら、使えなかった。仕事に支障をきたしてしまった。フロントが予約してあるか疑い随分またされ、の対応が悪い。

별로 였어요

방이 작고 침대도 킹사이즈로 한개만 있었는데 생각보다 작았어요.그런데 호텔 이불이 맘에 드네요...전체적으로 걍 쏘쏘~~

Pass on Post

Not worthy of a four star experience. Wanted to add on an extra day' stay and the front desk staff informed me that they did not handle such affairs. I was told to go on the internet to book at the hotel. They also offered no assistance about the Ice Festival, which is Harbin's main draw at the season in which I visited. Hotel and room generally dirty, which is common for Chinese hotels, but we were expecting more for four stars. We ended up finding a much better hotel at Wei Ye, far better located and with a much truer four star experience. Keep in mind my girlfriend is Chinese and she handled all of the hotel affairs.

Varmt och rent men inget mer

Varmt och rent hotell med hyfsat läge vilket väl är det man är ute efter i Harbin. Mer otrevlig personal får man leta efter. Helt ointresserade av att ge service.

a good example of a very bad service

My booked room category was a cave and smoking room. So I try to change to another room - smoking room. I changed to another room smoking room. I changed to another room - smoking room. The final room was ok and non-smoking. I told the front desk all the time that I want to have non-smoking. The room as such was quite dirty. Breakfast is ok and location too. Not everyone at front desk help to get a taxi to airport. NOT AGAIN.

キタイスカヤからは遠いが街の中心部に有り、立地は最高。

とにかく場所が良い。となりは建設銀行でＡＴＭが２４時間使えるし、その隣は博物館のため、市内のかなりのバスがここに止まる。おかげで冬場なかなか捕まえられないタクシーを使用せず、バスで移動出来た。建屋は古いが設備はしっかりしており、部屋はかなり広い。空調もしっかり動いており、２重サッシの１つ外側にコーラとか置くとカチカチに凍るが部屋の中ではトレーナー１枚で快適。裏にモールがあるので、そこの５Ｆで食事していた。最初に金払ってカード（払った金額が充値されている）を貰いあとは、２０店程度ある店でカードで注文するしくみ。
