« This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future. »

« I highly recommend this unit in the Green Lake area in Seattle. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as those were lacking. It was an easy check in and out process, and the host communicated regularly. Bonus that coffee grounds & coffee maker were provided and they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again! »

« This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip....

« Omid was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The linens, bedding, kitchen amenities are all high quality. I was very impressed all the way around. The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Vince's in Green Lake. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Check-in was easy. We had our own privacy in the appartment. Apartment with a nice decor. We would definitively return and recommend it. »
