« Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended! »

« Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. »

« We absolutely LOVED this property! The kitchen was well stocked so cooking with a big crowd was very easy. The game room was spectacular and gave us lots to do while we were at the house. The hot tub was fabulous especially after a day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have so many bathrooms. The host was very responsive and thoughtful with all the things you might need. Great location, quiet and woodsy but still close to town. If we could rate higher than 5 we would! »

« Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas.The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim. »

« We had an amazing stay at this house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient (only about 20 minutes from Sunday River) which made getting to and from the mountain quick. Seth was an outstanding host from start to finish. « We had a great time staying in the yurts. We were traveling with another couple and we were able to get yurts next to one another making it easier to hang out together. We definitely took advantage of the fire pit outside. I would absolutely recommend this place! »
