Welcome to our 1BR Apt at Vinhomes Ocean Park. This is a Boutique home- fully furnished, with attention to every smallest item in the house. Most suitable for BUSINESS trip, COUPLE trip & HEALING trip. Estimated time to highlight spots of the city:

- 35mins to Hoan Kiem lake
- 34mins to Hanoi Old Quater
- 50mins to Noibai Airport.
The space
The high-end 1-bedroom apartment is located in the adjacent villa area of the new project in the eastern part of the city - the lakeside city of Hanoi.

- You can reach the beach and step onto the white sand in just a 2-minute walk right in the city.

- The apartment is on one floor of the building and has an elevator for movement within the building.

- Upon check-in, you will receive 2 keycards for free movement and elevator access within the building (with flexible timing).

- The apartment features a bedroom with a super king bed (1,8meters x 2meters) and a fully equipped wardrobe.

- The Bedroom connects to the living room (open plan, separated by curtains). The kitchen comes with a dining table and all necessary utensils for adults, childs and babies.
-The bathroom includes a bathtub and complete bathroom fixtures.

- The apartment is filled with natural light, featuring balconies and greenery both inside and outside.

* Amenities inside our Apartment(All Free):

- One of the things we are most proud of bringing to you is a guidebook that guides you through all the ways to use the apartment along with a detailed guide to all the knowledge and experiences when in Hanoi. Places to have fun, eat, visit. Things to note for your trip in Hanoi or instructions when using the facilities in this Ocean Park urban area.

-Moreover, your daily living in the apartment, such as: shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, hand soap, hair dryer, steam iron, etc.
- A 9-stage water filter is installed in the kitchen, so you can use drinking water directly without needing to buy plastic bottles from outside.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils: pots, pans, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking oil, spices, fish sauce, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, cups, etc.
- A washing machine and dryer are also fully equipped in your apartment complex.
- The bathroom is equipped with a water heater (50L) with a complete heating and air circulation system.
- The living area is equipped with a personal projector system (which will give you a new experience, chilling Home Cinema right in bed).
- The smoke detection system is installed throughout the building and apartments, so we advise against smoking in the apartments. The apartments have a spacious balcony area where you can smoke.
Other things to note
- Upon check-in, you will see a Intructions book, here we have instructions for a number of other services such as: renting motorbikes, cars, suggesting car booking applications, suggesting places to eat, amusement parks, etc. travel, .. breakfast order service.
- Please provide us your Passport and Visa upon check-in so that we can proceed to declare your stay in accordance with Vietnam's regulations for you. This will keep us all safe.
- It is not allowed to use stimulants or do things that are contrary to current Vietnamese laws.
