« This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage. »

« The house is as advertised. It was very clean and close to downtown. The only issues we’d point out is that, while even though 6 can stay comfortably, the kitchen was really set up for 4 - 4 lg plates, 4 small plates, 4 bowls, table with 4 chairs, etc. we made do, but a larger supply would have been better. We would stay again and would recommend to friends and family. »

« I was visiting family in Perry so this was the perfect spot. When we weren’t on the go, we hung out and cooked many meals in the house. The kitchen was large enough for a few cooks and laundry was convenient. I will stay again! »

« We and two friends stayed June 10-12 2024 and we were very pleased with everything. All amenities listed were provided and were clean and in good order. Overall inside and grounds cleanliness couldn't have been better. Plenty of parking. John our host who is very nearby but not right next to property was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we had a couple of questions about the area. Will be doing it again. »
