« Horrible experience. From the rude staff, the long checking process, no english at all, the room that smelled like an hash tray although I specifically asked for non-smoking room, no apologies for the issue, and a new room that had trashes, hairs in the bathroom, stains all around, and still a cigarette smell. So disappointing this is even listed on hotel.com »

« Absolutely filthy and uncomfortable stay. The room is very dated and the carpet is stained. The design of the washroom is very poor and water will splash everywhere when you take a shower. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Do not recommend to any discerning traveler. »
