« Very dated but clean. Spacious shower, plenty of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. Staff was great. »

« I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon. »

« Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again. »
