« This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It feels remote. There is no light pollution, nor is there any noise of traffic at night. The only noises were those of the birds and the creek, which were lovely. I felt that I was deep in the woods, yet the place is not very far from a grocery store and downtown. The ambiance of the cottage is soothing. My stay made for a wonderful retreat. I hope to return. »

« We are a family of 6, grandparents, 2 other adults and 2 children ages 12 and 9. Everyone loved the house and dock! When we weren’t dock swimming or fishing we spent most of our time on the lovely screened in porch. We rented a pontoon boat for several days and the dock worked nicely for that too!
