For reference, I had checked in the evening before around 6 p.m. and let your team know I'd be back around 1 p.m. the next day, which I assumed was within the allowed parking hours. The hotel next door at Messe offered 24-hour parking without issue. Please treat guests with more consideration. »

« Shower stall doors have worn out. Stains and mold are visible on the wall and near the bottom of the shower stall. Location is about 200 meters from the central station but the pavements are built with bricks and stones making luggages, even with wheels difficult to pass through. The streets are noisy at night with police and ambulance sirens each night during our three-nights stay.
