« The overall place is beautiful and well managed and taken care off. Beautiful surroundings. There is nonetheless a few basic elements which are not up to standards for a 4 stars boutique resort: - the trash bin of my bungalow hasn't emptied when I check-in, which should be the Frist thing to be taken care of when cleaning a room. - there was a lot of dust on the top of the bed head. « Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough »

« The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...
