« We loved the ocean colony resort as it was centrally located but also felt very calm and peaceful - close to nature. We loved the apartment, and the amenities - though it was too cold for the pool. The proximity to the beach was unmatched and the services they provide (chairs, umbrellas, towels) are so nice. The section of beach is private, serene, and just gorgeous. « It's a very low-key, quiet resort setting with a terrific beach, nice pool and tennis courts. This unit was very well appointed, with an updated feel, and nice decor. Amagansett and Montauk town centers are both short 10-15 minute drives but feel closer. If you want to stay all day at the resort, you can grab your favorite beach meal at one of the two walkable clam shacks just past the front entrance.
