The Whale Spout - King bed and close to the Beach!

Discover the perfect seaside retreat at The Whale Spout, nestled in the heart of downtown Hampton Beach, just 500 feet from the vibrant Ocean Boulevard and steps from the sandy shores of the Atlantic. This charming vacation home, located on a serene dead-end street, offers the ideal blend of tranquility and easy access to the best of Hampton Beach—lively boardwalks, eclectic shops, delightful restaurants, scenic parks, and top-notch entertainment, all within a short stroll.



The Space:

This is a 2 bedroom suite 2 full bathroom suite. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other. There is a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, and a washer and a dryer.

• Full sheet set and comforter for every bed

• 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest

• 1 beach towel per guest

• 3 hand towels



🍳 Kitchen

• Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals

• Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided



🏖 Beach Gear

• Beach towel for each guest

• Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon

• Sand toys for the little ones



🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Coffee creamer and sugar

• Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied



📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Whale Spout comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.



The Neighborhood:

The Whale Spout is located on a dead end quiet street in downtown Hampton Beach. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.

The Whale Spout comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, excessive heat or cold, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions that may impact your stay or the use of local attractions. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your trip is affected by unforeseen weather or other covered circumstances.
