IMPORTANT: We have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.
