✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: No pets, no smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, beautiful views of the marina, close to everything but set back enough that it was quiet. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything you could want and more, including games for our young children. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We did an end of summer group of nurses long weekend and the property was absolutely perfect!!! Us nurses enjoyed the cleanliness the decor very roomy. Only thing was the early checkout seeing we couldn’t check in til late would’ve like to have enjoyed our last morning at the beach instead of having to be out by 10. But overall 9 out of 10!!

Great quiet place to stay with easy five min walk to beach. Only has one bathroom so keep that in mind. Owner’s attention to detail is well done with decor and everything you could possibly need.
