Very light, bright, and inviting two-bedroom condominium located just one block—a one-minute walk—from the award-winning resort town of Hampton Beach, NH. This clean and well-maintained unit provides everything a small family needs for a comfortable beach vacation and can sleep up to six guests.

The condo features a full kitchen, towels and bedding, and two designated parking spaces. Guests may also enjoy a shared yard with outdoor seating, including a gas grill and picnic table—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

A laundry facility is located nearby, and guests have access to the shared backyard for grilling and outdoor enjoyment.

Please note there are four active exterior security cameras on the property: one facing the driveway, two facing the front yard, and one monitoring parking spaces D and E.

The overall accommodations were not everything we were expecting. We were expecting a much more renovated newer build condo; the moisture definitely makes itsself know, especially in the bathroom, but this was good for our specific needs.

We rate our experience as Mediocre at best. Our opinions follow:The bathroom was not clean or in good repair.The amenities were not as advertised.We were expecting a washer and dryer. We were disapointed when we couldn't find the washer/dryer even though they were specifically mentioned in the amenities and "About this property" sections. We did find the dryer vent location (see pics).A washer/dryer is one of our minimum requirements when looking for a rental.We then checked the list for missing items and couldn't find the iron/ironing board or first aid kit listed in amenities.There were several damaged items like blinds, shelves, vanity, door stop, and missing items we didn't want to be blamed/charged for. See pics.We called Vacasa support. Very nice on the phone. We even recieved a Sunday evening call from Massachusetts management. They promised the local management folks would contact us Monday. No one followed up.The kitchen cleanliness was questionable. See oven door pic.The stove worked but the oven was marginal. It would not heat above 350. It took approximately an hour to reach 325 and another hour it was at 350. After 2 hours, we gave up on "heating" and cooked dinner at lower temp for longer. When finished cooking, the oven was still hovering at 350.Overall the dining room and the bedroom were about what we expected.We have been to Hampton Beach before. Lovely area. We plan to return but will not stay at a place managed by Vacasa again.

Cutest vacay stay. It’s a 1 bedroom with a couch pull out bed. Only big enough for 2 adults. Everything was great!

Lovely little villa

I really enjoyed my extended off season stay at this sweet little spot! I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. The bathroom is small with a narrow doorway very close to the toilet.It's a great place and I'd love to come back again!

Hampton haunt

I don’t exactly know what to begin, but this is going to be a long list. Please heed my warning this all started out like a dream. The first day we got there. The property was right close to the beach explaining my three star location. It was close to all restaurants, beach casino that was a pleasure. Let’s continue to Monday. that’s when the nightmare began. I had stayed in because I had a bit of a stomachache. I had brought some food cereal, milk just a staple to have a quick breakfast. I went to turn on the kitchen sink water and out flew no a swarm of GNATS there goes my appetite. I open the box of cereal more GNATS landed up throwing out two boxes of cereal OK I understand. I looked down on my white bag from Food . I had brought in from the night before of insects and this was in a closed container. I was extremely surprised it’s truly sad that something like this needed to happen next we go to the towel situation. I am a clean person and so is my son. We usually take a bath in the morning and a bath at night which is OK you can use one set of towels, but I was given a bit of a hard time to explain myself why I needed extra towels we were supplied with , three sets walking in for a Sunday through Thursday stay I get the whole save the environment vibe but eventually you need new towels you sweat you go to the beach you walk around you wanna be clean and fresh for a vacation next we go to see the television entertain us No television noItelevision no Internet copleteme

Kitchen poorly equip with 2 dinner forks & 1 salad fork. incomplete dishes, pots & pans, foil, etc., no condiments at all! Not even S&P, so few items that should be there in any kitchen. Bathroom no towel bars or hooks, no safety bathtub mat. No tub safety bar. There were so many unsafe or hazardous conditions! Broken window blind, no curtains in 1 bedroom and no heat in another. Curtains that touch electric heating at baseboards. On, and on, and on! Dirty walls, etc. Just plain bad accomadations all around. Filthy BBQ grill & filthy oven too. Too many bad things to mention here.

Awesome location

This location is superb, just a few blocks from the beach. Reasons I got this place 1) price 2) washer/dryer and 3) location. As a traveling mom with kiddos, was psyched about the washer and dryer, it wasn't available and hate to say it, I was a little bummed. Only other thing that was bothersome were the blinds, most of them are broken, had to hang a towel in the door to cover that window. Other than that for the price and location, it was perfect. Thanks!

The door would not stay closed without the deadbolt in place. The floor had the consistency of a roller coaster. The dryer took multiple cycles to get a load dry. Instructions were not to be found. There is a weak spot in the floor in front of the dryer that will eventually cause someone to go through the floor.

Our stay at Nancy's Villa

This place is very clean. Everything works great in the place. they have everything one would need. The neighborhood was quiet when there early November. However, each night the buffalos who lived above us stirred at 2 am and just didn't quit with their noise and smoking pot. The bed is ruined. It slopes to one side and I and my partner got backaches. Not restful.
