« This house has such potential. We loved the view and the hot tub was amazing. It rained some and the hot tub area was covered. The floors needed a good cleaning….feet turned brown from walking in floors. Simple upgrade to a curved shower rod in the bathrooms would be great for more room. No casserole dishes or crockpot so bring your own. Nicer/fluffier bedding would be nice—beds were really hard. Campground was great and had arcade games. We had a lot of fun! »

« We found this amazing house to be in the perfect location south of the pier. The beach was not crowded around us which made for easy beach days. The house is better in person and was filled with anything you would need to enjoy your stay! I will highly recommend this house to any friends visiting the area. « Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, and close to so many restaurants and activities including the beach. The home was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Our pups also loved the fenced in backyard and they have plenty of space to run around and play. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation! »

« When we got in, the place had a distinct smell of smoke that took opening the windows and doors to get it to disperse. Since it looked like it was cleaned that day, that would have been nice to know about the smell. The grill is shared by the front unit and located there as well, so it’s pretty inconvenient, and the outdoor area is just a barren small plot behind the house. The price was great for the unit, but the description was far from the best. »

« Cute space with good character, in a convenient location and wonderful little neighborhood. Close access to what makes Wilmington an attractive destination. Perfect communication from the property manager, easy parking, and so on.Unfortunately the interior space was a little dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around....
