Where do I start. Ok, Staff was super nice at check in. It was me, my husband, and our 3 grandsons 9,9,13. We booked the 2 queen beds with a pulll out double sofa bed. We get to our room and it smelled so bad. Smoke, dirty carpet (carpet was moist) and there is a hole in the sofa. We pull out the sofa bed and the mattress was super thin, stained, and just gross. No sheets, blankets, or pillows in the room. I went to use the phone to call and request the linens, and the phone did not work. We then proceeded back to the front desk and retrieved some bedding, pillows, and extra towels, since there was only two towels in the room for five people. There was a decent bathroom with Dove products, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. There were no tissues, and my husband went down to the front desk and they said they were out. We proceeded to get our swimsuits on and head to the pool, which was indoor, and the overwhelming smell of chlorine and children screaming in an overpopulated area so, we only spent about 20 minutes there. We headed out for dinner, and there was a brewery nearby that had really good food and the boys got to eat, and we headed in for the night Overall this was a bust. We just wanted somewhere for our grandsons to have a relaxing evening swimming and enjoying time but, it didnât go over so well. We woke up, had a pretty good breakfast and headed out to Michigan for the day, blueberry picking.
