OUTSIDE
A brand new deck and a patio with outdoor seating open onto a backyard that runs down to the Grand River along a landscaped walkway, with a canopy sitting area by the water. Charcoal BBQ. The river is known for walleye, bass, pike, and catfish, so bring your rods. Most adults need an Ontario fishing licence.

PARKING
Long private driveway that fits up to 10 cars. The garage is not available to guests.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The cottage has a delicate plumbing and sewage system, so no toilet paper or wipes go in the toilets. A bin is provided in each bathroom
• Water comes from a holding tank refilled by delivery, so please use it mindfully and run full loads
• This is a rural property, so a car is essential

• Maximum 6 guests. Four bedrooms with one bed each: two queen beds and two twin beds.
• Self check-in with Schlage keypad smart locks. Wi-Fi and full check-in details are shared before arrival.
• Please note: the cottage has a delicate plumbing and sewage system. Toilet paper and wipes must go in the bin provided in each bathroom, never in the toilet.
• The home's water comes from a holding tank refilled by a delivery service, so please use water mindfully.
• Rural riverside property. A car is essential, and children should be supervised near the water.
• Exterior security cameras cover the outside of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
• The garage, the basement furnace room, and the locked supply cabinets are not available to guests.
• Quiet hours are after 9:00 PM.
• Toiletries, toilet paper, coffee pods and garbage bags are provided at the start of your stay only. After the initial supply runs out, guests are responsible for restocking their own.
