Gorgeous, light-flooded, and well-appointed 2000+ sq ft home. Our place is 2 minutes from Highway 403 and less than 5 minutes from top restaurants, walking/biking trails, a hospital, supermarkets, and gas stations.

This is THE PERFECT place for family stay-cations, business trips, family and friend reunions, and long-term executive rental. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out in this luxurious family house.

You can park 4 vehicles on the driveway and 2 in the garage! Gerage equipped with Tesla Level 2 Charger. The rear exterior includes a deck, backyard.

The main floor includes family room, 1 powder washroom, a large kitchen, dining area, access to large deck, and backyard. The kitchen comes with cooking utensils, dishware, coffee maker and pots & pans.

**NOTE: we are renting the whole house. The basement is NOT furnished and we don't allow you to use the basement for your own safety. **

The second floor boasts two full size washrooms and 4 total bedrooms.

Laundry (washer and dryer) are also located on the second floor. Complementary detergents are available for you to use throughout your stay.

High-Speed Internet via WiFi is available throughout the entire house.

The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated before each guest's arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

Essential household supplies (e.g. toilet tissues, soap, detergent, paper towels, etc) are provided to accommodate first few days of your stay.

We require guests to read through the house rules. Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and loud noise/activity inside or out, outside loitering, parking illegally on the main street or on the right side of the driveway and hosting large groups of guests are strictly prohibited so as not to bother our neighbors' enjoyment of this beautiful neighborhood.
