« Our 2nd Fall stay here and another great time!! 16 guys and plenty of room for all. Great yard space for cornhole & can jam. Love the fire ring. Some rain our last night, but plenty of room inside for card games. GREAT PLACE!! GREAT DEAL!! »

« For the last four years, we have a family weekend with 14-18 people. We've rented a different place every year. This has been by far the best place for our group. The place really is massive. We could have comfortably fit another 4-6 people. Instead of people sleeping 4 in a room, each group had their own space. The common areas are large, and there's a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. « Stayed 3 nights here for a family wedding in the area. This property was in a great location and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The only minor suggestion we have is that a few hangars and hooks would be appreciated. The futon in the office is not comfortable for an adult, but would work great for a kid. Host was easy to communicate with, and we would absolutely recommend staying here! »

« Definitely will booked that again. Great location. Easy to check into. Place was clean. The game room and bunkroom where down stairs with another half bath and tv room. Couch in living room was better to sleep on not made into bed. More comfortable that way. Loved the stove and fridge. Bathrooms where nice. Loved the stand up shower. Host responded in timely manner to questions. Nice towels, the soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner where nice products. Smells very good. Landscaping was nice. »

« It would be really hard to find a better house and location in Cincinnati. We LOVED our stay for a week here so much. Rich and Ann have thought of everything you could need to feel right at home. Plus the house was 20min from the Reds stadium, 20min from King’s Island, and just 45min from the Ark Encounter. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, and the largest Kroger we’d ever seen only about an half mile away. We felt very safe at the house and in the area as well. Not being familiar with...

« Needs some attention. Lose the plastic sheets over the mattress. Hard to sleep every time we moved it would wake us up. Need a luggage rack so suitcase doesn’t have to sit on floor. AC doesn’t keep up in keeping bedroom cool. Add a couple towel hooks in bathroom. VRBO website difficult. POSITIVE: Quiet, easy to get to, good parking, has all the basics you would need. Needs a few improvements but overall for location not too bad. »

« Property is beautiful and quiet. Loved horses next door. History of the house was amazing. Loved the old touches that were kept. Great location for us to enjoy nearby wineries. Blackstone and outdoor patio were great! Communication with property manager was efficient. Stonebrook Winery has tons of wine and they were so nice. »

« Property was super clean, quaint, quiet, backyard was amazing with the pond and the big trees and beautiful forest in the background. What a serene view. Had all the amenities we could ask for. Plus a pool table! Will definitely stay again. The host also let us have a little bit of a late check out, which was very nice, and they did not have to do that »

« This tiny house was perfect for my sister in law and I. We had an event in Georgetown and this location was close and easy. There were no softball games while we were there, but if there were games it would be a very different stay as it is about 10 feet from the field. For us, it was quiet and lovely. I had booked one of the other cabins that didn't have a restroom and Pamela was WONDERFUL to work with and change us to a cabin with a restroom. I would definitely stay at this property again. »
