« This house was a great find! We were attending a wedding at Lake Hopatcong and instead of staying in a bunch of hotel rooms, we choose this home. Four spacious bedrooms, extra beds for additional guests and everything we needed to enjoy being together as a family. Having to travel from North Carolina, my husband and I had to work remotely one day during our stay. The bedrooms upstairs had nice desk space to accommodate private space for us to work. The view of the lake made the stay even more...

« Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again! »

« Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....
