« The house was very clean!! We loved being on the lake. The gas grill did not hear past 250 degrees. This was extremely disappointing as we had steaks to cook, we had to cook them on the stove. 😖 The kitchen didn’t have any towels. Allen across the street was great he brought us some citronella for the torches and firewood. There were only 3 trash bags which was not enough since we were cooking all our meals. »

« The house was clean and the host was very responsive. There is a lot of weak spots on the floor in front of the bathroom and in both bedrooms. I had read reviews about the weak spots and I assumed they were fixed. They were not. You have to be very careful trying to walk into the bathrooms or bedrooms. I am afraid if it is not fixed someone will fall thru the floor soon. I told the host about them and he said he was working on getting them fixed »

« Our group of eight had a wonderful time! The covered porch is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a fantastic and relaxing view. It’s a quick drive to Jefferson, where we enjoyed walking around the town. We’d definitely stay here again. If you have a large family or group I highly recommend it. We did have some issues with the gas grill as it really needs to he replaced. Also, the batteries on the electric shades were out and we were unable to open the blinds in the master bedroom and one shade...
