Our inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is designed for your utmost comfort. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the cottage is equipped with WIFI for seamless connectivity. For larger groups, consider extending your stay to Lakuna Retreat next door, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms—ideal for a cohesive group experience.

Step into the charm of our beautiful holiday home, boasting a charming deck and outdoor area complete with a gas Weber BBQ, perfect for indulging in delightful summer evenings. The master bedroom exudes a touch of luxury with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a double-sized bed and bunk beds—all adorned with quality linen for a restful night's sleep.

The open-plan living area welcomes you with cathedral ceilings, plush furniture, and a wood heater, creating a cozy ambiance in Winter and a split system Air conditioner for those hotter months. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV. This was a really nice place in a great location, and communication with the host was prompt. My only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was particularly uncomfortable and lumpy. But the rest of the amenities made up for that.

comfortable and clean country retreat

We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. Knowing the weather could go either way at this time of year we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable if we needed to stay indoors! location is perfect in relation to the town and sights. Nice and quiet escape from Melbourne for us. We loved Halls Gap.

Pleasant place to stay in Halls Gap

Very quiet location on the edge of Hall's Gap (it was out of season when we stayed there. Clean, comfortable and modern inside. Deck a little small, although there is a picnic bench if you want to eat outdoors. BBQ was a bit grubby and it ran out of gas mid-barbecue, so we had to abandon and bring food indoors to cook inside - best to check that aspect beforehand if you like to BBQ. You are expected to take the bins out to the street apparently when it's collection day, though we couldn't find them.

Hall's Gap getaway

Very clean and well maintained cottage which looks older in pics that it actually is. Great clean beds with very good quality sheets, pillows etc. Everything worked well, could see Roos outside windows and Cockatoos were very friendly on verandah when nuts were fed, landing on arms and heads, fantastic. Only minor issue was we couldn't put rubbish out as no sign of bins anywhere around/near house. Some advice about where they are would help.

Gorgeous Grampians Getaway

A wonderful property at the heart of the Grampians in the lovely Halls Gap. A fabulous size, with all the things you need to ensure a wonderful stay including linen, cutlery, appliances, and BBQ. The beds are very comfy, the property is spotless, the Cockatoos and Kangaroos were a delight and the board games were a hit each night. Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely cottage

This is a lovely little cottage to stay in - very clean, nicely furnished, quiet location, comfortable beds etc. It was very convenient having the 2 bathrooms. Check in was easy with good communication from the property manager who gave us all the necessary information well ahead of time, both checking in and out. We will definitely stay there again.

Great pick for a small family

Amazing house, very clean, kitchen has EVERYTHING required to make your own meals and great location: minutes away from the main town centre and sorrouned by lots of hiking and walking trails. My famiy of 5 had such an amazing time.

Perfection

We had a wonderful stay in Country Lane Cottage. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The wood heater quickly warmed it up. We loved saying hello to the cheeky visiting cockies and gazing at the view through the trees. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean and modern. Kitchen was well appointed and even had sharp knives and a teapot, which holiday rentals often don’t have. We were v grateful that the kind owners moved our shopping delivery inside so that the marauding cockies didn’t get it before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again.
