So many nice touches in the room. We attended a baby shower and stayed for the night. The inn keepers were very accommodating and we loved that there were cats on the premises!

Being able to walk to shopping and restaurants way great.The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever had with movie snacks as being a plus.Sitting in front of the fireplace was great with the river in the background. Out the street side window was fun to see the street busy with activity and people ...

The house was clean a nice place to stay. We were there in September, and the pool was not heated, so be aware of that. That didn't matter to my group. My only comment is that they had several plug in scent units around the first floor, and that smell was a bit too much for some of us, so we unplugged ...

Very unusual to be able to ride the Kennebec Rail Trail in Feburary, this is Maine after all. This 13 mile, out and back, trail is quite flat and paved. Used for walking, biking and running, no motorized transportation.
