« Nested in the heart of Potrero Hill, this place literally made us fall in love with San Francisco! « This property has a lot going for it & could be a great value. Be aware that it’s operated by a team—maybe many properties are, but that’s not been my experience. While a lot of reviewers report good visits, based on our visit, the team has some housekeeping details and management issues to work on. Our biggest concern is that we were without water in one bathroom sink for more than 24 hours. I assume this type of problem is an unusual occurrence, still the response left something to be desired....

« The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away. »
