« This is the perfect rental for our family— two years in a row! We fished from the rocks, kayaked in the cove, and loved swimming by the dock. With our family of 5, everyone had ample space and privacy. Thank you for sharing your home with us! »

« We had a great visit! The house is very remote, no cell service, which was what I was looking for. The back deck is awesome. The house is surrounded by trees and the deck stayed cool all day so that is where we spend most of our time unwinding. We spent hours on the deck and saw just one mosquito during our three days stay. The hike to the beach was enjoyable. When we did go inside the AC kept the temperature quite comfortable. « The house was lovely, easy walk to the dock. Water toys were plentiful, the house was well appointed with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The driveway is pretty steep but our Chevy Tahoe had no problem getting out. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this cottage on Smith Lake so much! It is right on the water! Loved how close the dock is with very few steps. It has pretty new furniture. The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had coffee on the deck every morning. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill. The dock was perfect. We so loved hanging out on the lily pad and sitting out at night looking at the stars. We even got to see...

« When my Wife and I were looking for a mini vacation, my first words were quiet with maybe a little fishing. If you like the sound of birds and the wind rushing through the trees, you have found your happy place. A most excellent choice for couples with perhaps a small family. We must have missed the whiporwhill season. I was hoping to hear them again. The fishing on Smith is always a gamble so prepare to catch a ton or none. The surroundings are top notch! Silence.....ahhhh! »
