Bateaux de croisière à Hakuba

« La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars »

« Wonderful hotel, service, location, everything! »

« We received a surprise room upgrade upon arrival. The location couldn’t be better — Right across the from the gondola (which we loved for mountain biking) The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and B&D and can’t wait to come back :) Thanks so much! »

« The house is welcoming and Saiko the manager is the most adorable person, she’s been super kind and helpful to us, helping us with the ski rental, the taxis,… »

« This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! »

« Hotel antigo com necessidade de renovação. »

Onsen is a little bit small but very good. Very good service provided by the owner all along our stay. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food offered. Staff speaks good English and was kind to call before our arrival to verify check in time and if anything was needed. Hakuba area is lovely and...
