« There is nothing acceptable in this hotel. It has none of the usual services provided in a 4* hotel such as some coffee, paper and pen or room service. It not clean, the furniture is in a bad condition (the small table really broken) and the bedding really poor compared to peers. The worst bit is the breakfast. We went to the breakfast room, but bringing our own food in, just to have some cuttlery (none provided in the room) and some coffee (not good): There is simply nothing we could consider...
