« On the Hotels.com website it was written that each Double Room came with a deep-soaking bathtub. I confirmed this with the man at the front desk when I checked in, but when I arrived in the room I found that it only had a small shower. I went downstairs again and asked his colleague at the front desk and was told that only the suites have bathtubs, and all the other rooms only have showers. I was very disappointed. Please change this on the hotels.com website so other guests won't be...

« Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Zimmer in einem sehr alten Stil mit Teppichboden wo überall Flecken waren. Das eine sah aus wie ein Riesen Blutfleck. Klo hatte Klostein, Wasserhahn am Waschbecken lief sehr wenig Wasser raus (alles verkeimt) und die Dusche sah nicht viel besser aus. »

The credit card charge was not via ebookers but it was supposed to be charged by the property. They sent an auto-generated email to say they were going to charge my Visa. They then emailed me to say there was a problem charging my card. They then called me to say that they do not have breakfast available and that I should cancel...
