For winter enthusiasts, our property offers unparalleled convenience as it sits mere steps away from the local ski run, 'Rota Run.' Whether you're a family seeking a fun-filled day on the slopes or an avid skier craving thrilling descents, this ski hill caters to all skill levels. And that's not all! If hiking and mountain biking are your passions, you'll be delighted to find some of the best trails in the valley just moments away.

Upstairs, you'll discover another King Bedroom with a California king bed, closet, and smart TV. This bedroom also has access to a full bathroom located nearby.

Great for a group getaway

Beautiful home that was great for a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Views are fantastic and property is walking distance from a trailhead where we spotted a mama moose and her baby (also keep an eye out for rattlesnakes. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. If you are going in summer make sure you pull the provided fans out for the upstairs bedrooms which were around 80* at bedtime.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

This house and property is unreal. The views are stunning from all parts of the house. The back porch and hot tub are a highlight. We were able to go down the street to a trail for our runs and walks and get beautiful Mountain views. We chose this location so we could get to sun valley easily but be a little closer to craters of the moon. The star gazing was the most amazing I’ve ever seen. The host was very responsive to the handful of questions/issues we had. Highly recommend you book this place!

We loved this house!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space to spread out and the most gorgeous sunsets!! Great to relax i. Hot tub after lots of hiking. We liked being a little outside of town for privacy and quiet but could easily go into Hailey or up to Ketchum!! Loved being here for our 2 week stay
