« Yes everything was in close proximity. Walmart Publix and other groceries stores. The host was very nice and the house was gorgeous I would love to stay here again. »

« Everything about the stay was great. Everything was as advertised on the inside. However, we were surprised about the neighborhood. There was a lot of smelly garbage left out by the neighbors which made it feel run down. Once getting into the house it was fine. But if my family was surprised about the outside I’m sure many others would be. »

« Dangerous Dump.....this place has issues. 1 electrical outlet per room, holes in the wall that communicate to the outside, rotten wood, spongy floors, no bakeware or bowls, pickup trucks included in the backyard, dangerous driveway, window air conditioning. I could go on and landlord wouldn't refund after what I considered a misrepresentation of the facility. It's a tear down property, but is probably on the historic register or should be. »

« Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place. »

« We had an incredible stay at the Cozy Cottage in Valdosta. The home is very well decorated, well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 4 adults and 2 teens were very comfortable for our weekend stay. The host was above and beyond with some additional touches like hand soap in the bathrooms and creamer pods for the coffee bar. « This sweet little cottage did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked and well maintained. The yard is beautiful and the house has all the creature comforts of home. The hosts were easy to reach, kind and responsive. Will def consider staying here again when I return to visit family. The neighborhood is cute, peaceful and in a great part of town. Slept well! »

« Bugs on the plates in the cabinet.. dirty towels and bath matt had not been washed.. dirty dishes.. leaks under first bathroom sink.. second bathroom smelled like cat pee.. water damage and mildew smell throughout the house.. when I got there I didn't get into it with the correct code for thirty minutes because no one told me I had to pull the door closed .. Construction everywhere.. parking is on the backstreet.. I had no idea..I had to find that out myself.. said had a hot tub.. It...
