« Dangerous Dump.....this place has issues. 1 electrical outlet per room, holes in the wall that communicate to the outside, rotten wood, spongy floors, no bakeware or bowls, pickup trucks included in the backyard, dangerous driveway, window air conditioning. I could go on and landlord wouldn't refund after what I considered a misrepresentation of the facility. It's a tear down property, but is probably on the historic register or should be. »

« The only thing I would change would be to please add some floor lamps so that people can sit and talk without having to turn on very bright overhead lights at night. Otherwise, wonderful! »

However there were issues with cleanliness, communications, and peacefulness.Let's start with cleanliness, there was a pair of men underwear left in the 1st BR and in 2nd BR two pillars smell of human unwashed hair and did not seem as if they were changed from the smell of it.
