This newly renovated Adirondack retreat features a year-round hot tub, gas fireplace, and cathedral ceilings — perfect for holiday gatherings or snowy getaways. Enjoy a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable beds. Outside, relax by the firepit under string lights next to the hot tub. Just 2 miles from Lake George’s sandy beach and 1/2mi to Pharaoh Lakes Wilderness Area, it’s the ultimate year-round escape!

Mountainside Cabin is newly renovated! You'll be immersed into a true Adirondack cabin experience complete with charming rustic decor, yet you'll have luxurious modern amenities.
The great room and living area boast cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the trees. The natural birch log beams are accented by the warm leather sectional, gas fireplace and stone mantle. The Smart TV, fireplace and Heat/AC operate at the push of a button.
Off of the great room is a relaxing screened-in porch with a seating area and hammock. This porch connects to the front porch where the Blackstone Grill and Gas grill are easy to access.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with all plates, bowls, servingware, bakeware, cookware, and small appliances you may need. Basic spices, oil/vinegar, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are included!
The full bathroom has 2 vessel sinks, custom mosaic shower wall, rainfall shower head and new toilet. Plush 100% cotton bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmat are included. We also supply beach towels for the hot tub, which is right off of the kitchen through sliding glass doors.
The main floor bedroom, The Bear's Lair, attaches to the main bathroom and offers a king bed, dimmable lantern sconces, and blackout shades.
On the second floor is The Treetop Loft, where you'll find 2 queen beds (1 is adjustable firmness on each side!) and a twin bed along with 2 dressers and a seating area. A half bath is connected. We supply disposable eye masks and ear plugs.
Additional guests are allowed with approval of the host.
Outdoors, you'll enjoy a large front porch with ADK chairs, a brand new 6-seat hot tub, custom-built log gazebo with string lights and a table and chairs, a fire pit with ADK chairs and a large picnic table.
The perfect place to get away and make memories!

Guest specifically accepts ALL liability for use of the hot tub on the property and understands that Owners shall have no liability from any accidents, injuries, or death that may result from the use of said hot tub. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of said hot tub. By using the hot tub, Guest agrees to assume all liability from said use and hereby indemnifies Owner.
