« The husband and I stayed here for the 2nd half of our 20yr wedding anniversary trip. It was our first time visiting Great Sacandaga Lake. Even though the water levels were really low (late September) we were still able to get out on the water…. did some fishing, explored Sand Island and even caught an amazing Pike. House was very clean and kitchen stocked well, check in was extremely easy! Brian the neighbor was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« The place was just as described and pictured. The property is BEAUTIFUL! We were there over Christmas and the snow was so pretty. Our dogs loved the acreage for walks. Everything needed for cooking for a family was there. The rooms were comfortable and there was PLENTY of linens and towels (probable fifty towels at least). The best thing for us was the location and the property. We will stay here again. »

« Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, the house may seem simple, but once you step inside it’s a completely different story. The space was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details, which made the stay feel really welcoming. The bath towels were great as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the care that clearly went into the space. »

« The description and pictures on the listing unfortunately did not match what we encountered. The house appeared clean, beds were comfortable, however that is where the good ends. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with overflowing and stinky trash cans from the previous guests right near the front door. Flies and bees swarming. The host said they would come pick up the trash but it remained throughout our entire stay. The back yard was nothing like the pictures; overgrown, weeds covering the...
