« We had a wonderful stay over the weekend our daughter graduated from Skidmore College. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga Springs. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, the place was well stocked with basics and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you! »

« Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. « The description and pictures on the listing unfortunately did not match what we encountered. The house appeared clean, beds were comfortable, however that is where the good ends. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with overflowing and stinky trash cans from the previous guests right near the front door. Flies and bees swarming. « The house was cozy! We felt like we had a lot of privacy while also being conveniently located. The space was comfortable and clean. The fireplace was so cozy and warm during a very cold week! We liked the game room, but it was very cold. The property was beautiful and fun to explore. The bedrooms were comfortable and we liked having three full bathrooms. We would happily book this property again! »
