« Propre confortable et salle de déjeuner attenante à la piscine qui est également propre. L'embêtement est que Van Buren est un endroit des plus ennuyant. Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »

« I read all the reviews on Coachman’s Inn prior to my stay. In Waldron Ark. you have 2 choices, and stayed at other before. Comments about “gal at front desk” lol! I had booked through Expedia, and immediately money for room was taken from my account. Unlike other sites I had used in the past, monies day off, upon arrive. « There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »
