« The hotel is certainly not up to the standard of a 5 star as well as the price they charge. Our room was supper dirty and we had to ask for a change. The next room was acceptable but still very dirty. The rooms look run down and not well maintained. We did the Tepaniaki experience and were charge 130 € which is a LOT in Sri Lanka and it was no where near a real Tepaniaky experience. I recommend you avoid it! Do not take a Tintin from any of the staff they are in on it with the one parked across...

« Amazing hotel. Great staff, very boutique feeling with amazing decoration (balinese style). We stayed with our 3 children (9,7,2) in a family room, room 206, and the hotel felt perfect for kids. The pool has a shallow area, the beach area is safe and the hotel lended us some bodyboards for our older kids to play with in the sea. Note that the bedroom balcony doors do not close 100% by design so you will heqr the waves at all time (which we liked to go to sleep) but it may not be for everybody....

« Nous avons passé 5 jours à l’hôtel Cocobay Unawatuna. On a adoré et on a hâte d’y retourner! Des chambres très propres et confortables! La vue sur la mer époustouflante! L’équipe très gentille et très serviable. Nous nous sommes régalés avec le grand choix de plats typique et bien d’autres. Très belle expérience! Un grand merci surtout à Saman!!!
