Hôtels près du HELP College of Arts and Technology à Kuala Lumpur

« We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors. The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well. »

« Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day, the TV was completely unusable, and the room cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. The so-called “Deluxe Double Room” was much smaller than advertised and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the hotel demanded a cash deposit at check-in, which was never mentioned on...

« Overall a nice facility. It's the little details that miss the mark for me. I'm not sure that the room cleanliness inspection is done by the head housekeeper. My worry is that rooms may start detioriate rather quickly. »

« Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money. »
