Living | The living area is designed specifically for our guests to relax and it includes a comfy sofa perfect for unwinding or you can also enjoy your favourite shows with a variety of streaming options.
Kitchen | Our fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals and it features modern appliances and utensils for you to use at your own convenience. This is perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Bedrooms | Our apartment boasts 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful night`s sleep. Two of which offer a double bed and the other two include 2 single beds.
For over and above 8 guests, we can prepare the sofabed which can take up another additional guest. We will prepare linen and towels accordingly.
Private Balcony | Step out onto the back balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh air. It’s a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Workspace | One of the bedrooms also offer a workspace with a desk and comfortable chair. This is perfect for guests who wish to catch up on work or wish to plan their next adventure.

The apartment is centrally located in the centre of Gzira. Everything such as convenience shops, coffee shops even restaurants are at a walking distance.
Perfect and central place to be at, Sliema is always very close at around 5 minutes by walk, from which the ferry to Valetta can be taken.
Also within 5 minutes, guests can reach the university of Malta and also the primary Maltese hospital (MATER DEI)
The apartment is situated in the heart of Gzira making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. (you can catch ferries in Sliema which is a town very close to Gzira).
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.
For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere but it can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
