This spacious home sits on the eastern edge of the Gypsum Creek Golf Course, on a sunny piece of property with an open view of the mountains. It's a wonderful spot for watching passing golfers from the deck and catching incredible sunsets that color the Colorado sky. You'll be just over two miles from Eagle County Regional Airport, 32 miles from Beaver Creek, and 38 miles from Vail.

Whether you're traveling to the Vail Valley to ski, golf, or hike, you'll delight in such at-home comforts as new smart TVs, a Sonos sound system, a whole-house water softening and filtration system, and lightning-fast, 1,200 MB internet on all three floors. Begin each day with an invigorating workout in the fitness room, bring a mug of coffee out to the yard or the deck that runs the length of the house, and linger outside all day with two gas grills provided for your use.

The main living areas are wonderfully open, bright, and full of mountain views. There's a gorgeous great room with two-story ceilings, where you can stream movies in the warmth of a towering gas fireplace. Also on the main floor are an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove, a dual oven, and a French-door fridge), a dining area, and a TV to entertain you as you cook.

Spend your evenings downstairs, fixing drinks at the wet bar and screening movies in the home theater with plush recliners. When it's time to turn in, there's a primary suite on the main floor with luxury rosewood furnishings, a large bathroom with a jetted tub, a TV, and direct access to the deck. There are four more bedrooms on the third floor and two additional rooms in the walkout basement. Two washer/dryers are provided for your convenience as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
