« Whilst the property was clean, it needs a lot of work and updating. Felt dark and shabby. Photos of how close you are to the harbour are misleading. Outside area was in need of work and lounger covers badly stained. »

« We absolutely made the right choice choosing this location. Wharf House is a wonderful old slate building right by the harbor. Not luxurious, but comfortable and homey. And the location is simply incredible. We came to see an event at the heritage railroad and were told to stay at the motel across the street from it. I'm so glad we didn't. While we MIGHT have gotten a view of the trains from the motel window, at Wharf House we had a private deck that let us watch the trains at the coaling dock....

« Great apartment with high spec interior and very spacious. Location is great as right on the high street so easy to walk to restaurants cafe. Unfortunately no free parking included but there is a walkable 7-8 mins walk away to the long stay car park for overnight parking. One suggestion for the apartment would be adding a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Overall it is great and definitely would stay again! »
