About this space
Consider our place an outdoor adventure launchpad. Located close to both Marquette and Munising for easy day trips. There are also miles of trails (for atvs, snowmobiles, xc skiing, or hiking) adjacent to the property, nearby inland lakes for fishing and paddling, and a spacious backyard. Come during blueberry season and there are acres of blueberries.
We want you to feel like our place is your home away from home. Come and relax, or find your next big adventure.
The space
The Sawyer House is a duplex with long term tenants who live on one side and your vacation location on the other. The backyard is a shared space with the tenants, giving everyone a very spacious place to hang out and relax. The back patio is a great place to grill out and eat al fresco.
The inside of the home is also very spacious with a fully finished basement to hang out by the fire and relax at the end of a full day of adventuring.
Guest access
You’ll have access to most of the house. There is a separate garden shed that is locked and for owner use only. There is also one room in the basement which is for owner use and is locked off, as well as a room off the backside of the garage. Other than that the place is yours to use.
